Clients will be given a Credit to a maximum of $1195.00+HST towards the cost of the Home Buyer’s Exclusive RealProperty SafeClose VIP Closing Package. This amount will cover Lawyer’s fee plus most disbursements, excluding Title Insurance, Gov. reg. fees, levies and courier costs. Clients will be provided with a complete written quotation and a “Price Match Guarantee” by RealProperty.2. Clients will receive a Six Month SafeClose Home Systems & Appliance Warranty, that provides up to $15,000 coverage to the Buyers at closing. This Exclusive Protection is meant to protect and provide Buyers with peace of mind regarding the working components and appliances.3. Clients will also receive SafeClose Home Closing Insurance that provides up to $25,000 coverage. This coverage is only made available to Clients who confirm representation by a RealProperty Lawyer within 20 days of their Transaction becoming FIRM and Binding.Total Protection Coverage provided by the Exclusive RealProperty SafeClose Closing Package is up to $40,000.A Licensed Insurance Broker Representing Martin Merry & Reid Limited Insurance Brokers and Administrators of these products and services branded and marketed under the Canadian Home Shield name and logo will contact the Clients within two(2) business days after receipt of a copy of this offering and will explain the coverage these insurance products provide and answer any questions.
